Aaron moved to Toronto from the East Coast after graduating from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering in 2013. He joined the premier geostructural engineering firm, Isherwood Geostructural Engineers, spending multiple years in the field managing various projects. He transitioned into design engineer and project manager building over a decade of experience and was involved in hundreds of projects before becoming a Technical Team Leader. Aaron has successfully engineered and managed up to 60 projects at a time with some of the most high-profile developments in the Greater Toronto Area including 4800 Yonge and The One. He has extensive expertise in various excavation shoring designs including soldier pile & lagging, secant caisson walls, shotcrete, sheet piles and cofferdams, retaining walls, micropiles and tiedowns, structural caissons including CFA piles and load testing, tiebacks, internal bracing including struts, corner braces, and rakers, and staging slabs. After welcoming his first child on Thanksgiving 2022, he decided to establish GRAM Engineering Ltd. in Summer of 2023 and is now President and Principal Engineer.

Marta is also a Bluebeam aficionado for detailing drawings and sketches.
Outside of her professional life, Marta loves spending time with her cats and horse. She has been intrigued by the world of equine bodywork and balance, combining her passion for engineering with a love for equestrian pursuits.
