Aaron moved to Toronto from the East Coast after graduating from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering in 2013. He joined the premier geostructural engineering firm, Isherwood Geostructural Engineers, spending multiple years in the field managing various projects. He transitioned into design engineer and project manager building over a decade of experience and was involved in hundreds of projects before becoming a Technical Team Leader. Aaron has successfully engineered and managed up to 60 projects at a time with some of the most high-profile developments in the Greater Toronto Area including 4800 Yonge and The One. He has extensive expertise in various excavation shoring designs including soldier pile & lagging, secant caisson walls, shotcrete, sheet piles and cofferdams, retaining walls, micropiles and tiedowns, structural caissons including CFA piles and load testing, tiebacks, internal bracing including struts, corner braces, and rakers, and staging slabs. After welcoming his first child on Thanksgiving 2022, he decided to establish GRAM Engineering Ltd. in Summer of 2023 and is now President and Principal Engineer.

Marta is known for her great attention to detail, particularly in digging to find creative solutions to complicated problems. She applies her technical experience, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence and high standards to make meaningful contributions within the industry. Marta is also a Bluebeam aficionado for detailing drawings and sketches.
Outside of her professional life, Marta loves spending time with her cats and horse. She has been intrigued by the world of equine bodywork and balance, combining her passion for engineering with a love for equestrian pursuits.

Joe graduated from Central Philippine University in 1990 and worked in the Middle East for 12 years prior to immigrating to Canada. Joe worked various projects before he joined Isherwood Geostructural Engineers where he has over 18 years of experience in the geostructural industry.
Joe has spent approximately two decades as a Field Technician working with top geostructural engineers in the industry, gaining an intensive overview of various projects ranging in complexity before becoming Construction Administration Manager. On various construction sites, he observes pile, tieback, and micropile installations, load testing for tiebacks, micropiles, and braces, grout testing, and conducting routine field review and site visits to ensure projects were constructed in accordance with industry standards and relevant design drawings. This extensive construction experience allows Joe to provide invaluable insight to geostructural processes to provide practical and creative shoring solutions while maintaining consideration for Clients and Contractors related to delicate or difficult soil and water conditions, mitigating risks when working near sensitive infrastructure, delicate heritage home relocations, high-risk neighbouring structures,

Parham graduated from the University of Iran with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in 2008. In 2013, he began his Master of Science Degree in Geotechnical Engineering and completed this degree is 2016. During this time, he developed a strong interest in geotechnical engineering and decided to pursue a Ph.D. in this field, which he successfully completed in 2023.
Throughout his education, Parham spent seven years designing various geostructural elements in different soil and water conditions including shoring walls, retaining walls, conventional foundations, deep foundations, and slope stability. He also brings experience working with various modeling softwares.
