Aaron moved to Toronto from the East Coast after graduating from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering in 2013. Aaron moved to Toronto from the East Coast after graduating from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering in 2013. He joined the premier geostructural engineering firm, Isherwood Geostructural Engineers, spending multiple years in the field managing various projects. He transitioned into design engineer and project manager building over a decade of experience and was involved in hundreds of projects before becoming a Technical Team Leader. Aaron has successfully engineered and managed up to 60 projects at a time with some of the most high-profile developments in the Greater Toronto Area including 4800 Yonge and The One. He has extensive expertise in various excavation shoring designs including soldier pile & lagging, secant caisson walls, shotcrete, sheet piles and cofferdams, retaining walls, micropiles and tiedowns, structural caissons including CFA piles and load testing, tiebacks, internal bracing including struts, corner braces, and rakers, and staging slabs. After welcoming his first child on Thanksgiving 2022, he decided to establish GRAM Engineering Ltd. in Summer of 2023 and is now President and Principal Engineer.
Aaron has earned the trust and respect of his clients and peers through his strong work ethic, professionalism, and risk management. He has experience working closely with local developers and contractors, and various agencies including City of Toronto, City of Mississauga, Toronto Transit Commission, Metrolinx, and Ministry of Transportation.

Marta joined GRAM Engineering in 2024 as a Junior Engineer. Following in the footsteps of her two brothers, Marta knew that she wanted to be an Engineer since she was a child. She graduated from Lassonde School of Engineering in 2019 and entered the world of Geostructural Engineering. She has over 5 years of experience in the excavation s
Marta joined GRAM Engineering in 2024 as a Junior Engineer. Following in the footsteps of her two brothers, Marta knew that she wanted to be an Engineer since she was a child. She graduated from Lassonde School of Engineering in 2019 and entered the world of Geostructural Engineering. She has over 5 years of experience in the excavation shoring industry.
Marta is known for her great attention to detail, particularly in digging to find creative solutions to complicated problems. She applies her technical experience, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence and high standards to make meaningful contributions within the industry. Marta is also a Bluebeam aficionado for detailing drawings and sketches.
Outside of her professional life, Marta loves spending time with her cats and horse. She has been intrigued by the world of equine bodywork and balance, combining her passion for engineering with a love for equestrian pursuits.
